Hustling as a student, yes or no

I was discussing with a friend recently and i heard her say 'make i hear say i find job when i grad' So i want to know, is it right to hustle while your are in school or is it okay to live a triangular life and graduate knowing that there is a job waiting for you? Hustling i mean is doing stuffs or jobs that will give you a room to learn more and experience even if it's not about the money. What's your view?
